The EUROLINE ANA Profile 3 (IgG) test kit provides qualitative determination of human autoantibodies of the immunoglobulin class IgG to the 15 different antigens nRNP/SM, Sm, SS-A, Ro-52, SS-B, Scl-70, PM-Scl, Jo-1, CENP B, PCNA, dsDNA, nucleosomes, histones, ribosomal P-protein and AMA M2 in serum or plasma to support the diagnosis of Sharp syndrome (MCTD), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s syndrome, progressive systemic sclerosis, poly-/dermatomyositis, overlap syndromes, limited form of progressive systemic sclerosis (CREST syndrome), primary biliary cholangitis.
