The EUROLINE ANA Profile 3 plus DFS70 (IgG) test kit provides a qualitative assay for human autoantibodies of the IgG class to 16 different antigens: nRNP, Sm, SS-A (native), Ro-52, SS-B, Scl-70, PM-Scl, Jo-1, CENP B, PCNA, dsDNA, nucleosomes, histones, ribosomal P-protein, AMA M2 and DFS70 in serum or plasma for the diagnosis of Sharp syndrome (MCTD), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s syndrome, progressive systemic sclerosis, poly-/dermatomyositis, overlap syndrome, limited form of progressive systemic sclerosis (CREST syndrome) and primary biliary liver cirrhosis.
