The Cortisol Saliva ELISA test kit is designed for the quantitative determination of free cortisol in human saliva for the diagnosis of diseases associated with overproduction or underproduction of cortisol, such as Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease, physical or mental stress, burn-out syndrome or malfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA axis). 

The sIgA ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of secretory IgA (sIgA) in saliva and stool. 

Synthesis of sIgA is independent from the synthesis of serum IgA. This means that lack of serum IgA does not necessarily correlate with a lack of sIgA1.

Secretory IgA is the major immunoglobulin in saliva, tears, colostrum, nasal mucous, mother’s milk, tracheobronchial and gastrointestinal secretes. 

Indications:

• Proof of an imbalanced immunological barrier on the intestinal mucosa;

• Autoimmune disease.

The ViRNAExTM - Viral Extraction solution is designed for rapid (15 min) isolation of viral RNA and DNA (nucleic acids - NA) from nasopharyngeal swabs, buccal swabs, sputum and saliva using specially developed technology to remove inhibitors.

The isolation is designed for use on low nucleic acid samples. Isolated NA are suitable for amplification techniques such as RT-PCR of viral NA in clinical samples.
