Biotin ELISA
The Biotin ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of biotin (vitamin B7/H) in serum, plasma, urine and milk.
Symptoms of biotin deficiency are caused by damage to the intestinal flora or extreme diets (e. g. frequent consumption of raw eggs). Consequences of biotin deficiency include dermatitis, hair loss, anorexia, muscular hypotonia, depression and sexual dysfunction.

VDBP ELISA
The VDBP ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of free and not actin complex bound vitamin D binding protein (VDBP) in serum, plasma and urine.
In the blood, VDBP binds the bigger part of the circulating 25 (OH) vitamin D and brings it to the kidneys, where it is transformed into the hormone 1,25 (OH) 2 vitamin D.

Retinol-binding protein RBP/RBP4 ELISA
The Retinol-binding protein RBP/RBP4 ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of free retinol-binding protein RBP/RBP4 as well as RBP4 complexed with transthyretin in plasma, serum and urine.
Retinol-binding protein RBP/RBP4 is a transport protein for vitamin A which forms a complex with prealbumin in blood, but loses its affinity for prealbumin once the vitamin has been delivered to the target cells. The free RBP/RBP4 molecule is rapidly filtered at the glomerulus and catabolised in the renal tubules after resorption by the proximal tubular cells. In kidney disease with prevailing tubular changes, these proteins are not reabsorbed and appear in the urine.
The elevation of serum RBP/RBP4 causes systemic insulin resistance, whereas its reduction improves the insulin action.

Calprotectin ELISA
The Calprotectin ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of calprotectin (MRP (8/14, S100A8/A9) in urine.
Calprotectin is a calcium-binding protein secreted predominantly by neutrophils and monocytes.
Indications:
- Detection of urothelial (transitional cell) carcinoma of the bladder.
Exclusion criteria:
- Acute kidney injury, renal transplantation, urinary tract infection, pyuria, previous BCG treatment, secondary transurethral resection of the bladder tumor.

Indications:
• Diagnosis and monitoring of Crohn’s Disease;
• Early diagnosis of rejection reactions in kidney transplantation cases;
• Differential diagnosis and monitoring of leukosis;
• Diagnosis and treatment monitoring of urinary tract infections in children;
• Differential diagnosis between viral and bacterial meningitis in children;

α1 - Microglobulin ELISA
The α1 - Microglobulin ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of α1-microglobulin in serum, plasma and urine.
α1-microglobulin is a protein produced in the liver. In healthy persons it is metabolised in the kidneys and only minor amounts can be detected in the urine.
Increased α1-microglobulin concentration in serum is detected when the glomerular filtration rate is limited. In addition, when the ratio of total protein to the sum of albumin and α1-microglobulin is disordered, a prerenal proteinuria should be suspected.

Eosinophilderived neurotoxin (EDN) ELISA
The EDN ELISA kit is designed to quantify eosinophilic neurotoxin (eosinophilderived neurotoxin (EDN)), also known as RNASE2 or eosinophilic protein X (EPX) in human serum / plasma, urine and stool.
Indications:
• Crohn's disease;
• Proof of a food allergy and incompatibility;
• Assessment of an elimination diet;
• Proof of damaged integrity of the intestinal mucous membrane (e. g. chronic inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer);
• Proof of intestinal parasites / parasitoses.

Myeloperoxidase (MPO) ELISA
The MPO ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in urine and stool.
Myeloperoxidase (MPO) catalyses the oxidation of substances through H2O2. The MPO H2O2–system has a toxic effect on many micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses and mycoplasma. The efficiency of the bacteria-destructive myeloperoxidase H2O2–system is increased by PMN-Elastase.
Indications:
• Marker for inflammatory activities in the gastrointestinal tract (Stool);
• Renal transplant rejection (Urine);
• Oxidative stress (Serum);
• For the differentiation between allergic and infectious asthma (bronchial lavage, respiratory condensate, sputum);
• Prediction of risk in patients with acute coronary syndromes (Serum).
