The EUROLINE Autoimmune Liver Diseases 14 Ag (IgG) test kit provides a qualitative assay for human autoantibodies of the immunoglobulin class IgG to 14 different antigens (AMA-M2, M2-3E, Sp100, PML, gp210, LKM-1, LC-1, SLA/LP, SS-A, Ro-52, Scl-70, CENP A, CENP B and PGDH) in serum or plasma for the diagnosis of primary biliary liver cirrhosis, increase in transaminases for unclear reasons, suspected autoimmune hepatitis and overlap syndromes.
