The ANA Screen ELISA (IgG) test kit provides a semiquantitative assay for human autoantibodies of the immunoglobulin class IgG against 10 antigens: double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), histones, ribosomal P-proteins, nRNP, Sm, SS-A, SS-B, Scl-70, Jo-1 and centromeres in serum or plasma for the diagnosis of Sharp syndrome (MCTD), systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s syndrome, progressive systemic sclerosis and poly-/dermatomyositis.
