The ANA Screen 11 ELISA (IgG) test kit provides a semiquantitative assay for human autoantibodies of the IgG class in serum or plasma against 11 antigens, nRNP/Sm, Sm, SS-A, Ro-52, SS-B, Scl-70, Jo-1, PCNA, PM-Scl, ribosomal P proteins and centromeres. Indications: Sharp syndrome (MCTD), Lupus erythematosus disseminatus, Sjögren’s syndrome, Progressive systemic sclerosis, Poly-/Dermatomyositis, overlap syndrome, limitierte Form der Systemsklerose (CREST-Syndrom).
