The Anti-ENA SLE Profile 2 ELISA (IgG) test kit provides a semiquantitative assay for human autoantibodies of the immunoglobulin class IgG against 8 antigens (double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), histones, nucleosomes, nRNP/SM, Sm, SS-A, SS-B, Scl-70) in serum or plasma for the diagnosis of the Sharp syndrome (MCTD), lupus erythematosus disseminatus, Sjögren’s syndrome and progressive systemic sclerosis.
