The Granulocyte Mosaic 2 IIFT test kit is designed for the qualitative or semiquantitative determination of human antibodies of immunoglobulin class IgG against granulocyte cytoplasm (ANCA) in human serum or plasma for the diagnosis of the following diseases: granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA, Wegener’s granulomatosis), eosinophile granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA, Churg-Strauss syndrome), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), primary sclerosing cholangitis and chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (mainly ulcerative colitis).
