PMN-Elastase (1 point calibration) ELISA

The PMN Elastase ELISA kit s an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of PMN elastase in serum, plasma and seminal plasma.

Active PMN elastase is released from azurophil granules of neutrophil granulocytes after irritation or disintegration.

Indications:

• Activation marker for Crohn's disease;

• Chronic joint inflammation;

• Bacterial infection, sepsis.
